The basic warranty on air conditioners is 2 years.
With regular annual servicing the warranty is extended by another 5 years, so you can have 7 years of warranty in total.
Call us every year for the regular annual service, from 4,000 dinars. Call us 10 to 15 days before the warranty expires.
You can also call us for servicing several times a year and after the warranty expires.
We are an authorized service and have the permit and the stamp for validating the warranty card, without which your warranty is not valid. If your air conditioner is installed by someone without a company or not authorized by the importer, you lose the right to warranty.
